This is a made-in-Malaysia personalised gift. Use your own JPG or PNG photos to create a meaningful personalised surprise photo light frame, custom photo lamp, memory light, anniversary gift, birthday gift, farewell gift, boss gift. Depending on the selected design, we can personalise the photo arrangement, names, dates, sentences, greetings and theme. If you have a specific layout or design idea, contact us before ordering so our team can confirm what is possible.

For photo products, we prepare a Demo design for checking before production. Demo design normally takes 1–2 working days. Up to 5 revisions are included based on the original Demo, such as changing photos, photo positions, wording, text colour or layout. More than 5 revisions may incur a separate fee depending on the requested changes.

• Free urgent production may be available for A5, A4 and A3 sizes only. The fastest delivery is 3 working days after the customer confirms the Demo design; Demo confirmation time is not included. Please message WhatsApp 018-9798399 before payment with the date required.
• Normal West Malaysia delivery is about 3–5 working days after Demo confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. East Malaysia is about 7–10 working days. The design Demo time is not included.
• KL, PJ and Selangor next-day delivery by Lalamove or Grab may be arranged after confirmation; courier charges are paid separately by the customer. Same-day delivery is not generally promised for personalised photo products.
• Self-collection is available at Selayang Selatan, normally from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Fastest collection is about 2 working days after Demo confirmation; other collection times can be arranged with customer service.
• West Malaysia standard shipping is free. East Malaysia shipping is extra and depends on the product.
• Gift packaging is available. A5 and A4 photo light frames come with a gift box; A3 and larger frames use suitable gift wrapping. A free printed greeting card is available on request.
• The parcel is prepared as a gift without the buyer's invoice inside. The invoice is sent to the person who placed the order. EasyParcel tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
• If the product arrives damaged or the name/text is produced incorrectly, contact customer service immediately so the case can be checked and a replacement arranged where applicable.
