Return & Exchange Policy

At BravaGift.com, we pour our heart into every customized gift we create. As each item is uniquely crafted for you, we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges:
No Returns, Only Exchanges for Damaged Items

We do not offer returns on our customized products.
Exchanges are only available for damaged items within 7 days from the date you receive the item.

Exchange Eligibility

Only damaged items qualify for exchange.
You must report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original packaging, box packaging, especially for framed items.

Exchange Process

Contact us at BravaGift@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Describe the damage and include Photos & Video if possible.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive the damaged item, we’ll create and ship a replacement.

Shipping for Exchanges

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
For framed items, please use the original box for return shipping. We cannot replace items damaged due to inadequate return packaging.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email.
If approved, we’ll begin crafting your replacement immediately.
Delivery times for replacements are the same as for original orders.

Important Notes

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
We don’t offer refunds, only like-for-like exchanges for damaged items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
